We are currently planning our next KUK Newsletter and I wanted to invite KUK members to contribute to it.

It could be:

a piece of work you've finished or are in the process of making
a piece of writing, poetry (Melpomuse? PoppyKat? other Shakespeare wannabe among us?)
photos (perhaps of a recent journey... @haikugirloz?? :)
news
upcoming event
tutorial (@pupsinmelb??)
interesting tit bit (@mixhelle you're full of great gems the world needs to know about)
a great market you know about

Next KUK Live Day: Seeking Inspiration

This month we will be visiting the National Gallery of Victoria.
We will be meeting at 1pm outside the front waterfall windows. We will then go to the cafe and have lunch, then wander around and soak in a bit of inspiration.

We will meet back at the gift shop to have a look at the range of wares available and hopefully show KUK crafters the level of quality required to sell at one of Melbourne's premiere art and craft outlets.

For those who wish to continue chatting we will have a coffee and discuss what members would like to do on future KUK Live days.

Are You a KUK? : Inaugural Kamikaze Uber Krafters Day

KUKs is aimed at anyone who loves making stuff.

It is a chance to bring along all those projects that have been gathering dust in the cupboard or under the bed and work on them with some of the best, funniest, cleverest people in Melbourne. Even if you feel like you can't make a thing but would love to start learning this is also for you. There will be people to teach you and materials/equipment to play with.

This is a pre-launch invite to our online friends because our space is limited and we wanted to give our friends the first opportunity to participate.
